I’ve loved art since I was a child, spending hours immersed in creative projects at school and at home. Although I initially studied languages at university with the intention of becoming a teacher, I soon realised my passion lay elsewhere and followed a more creative path into the culinary arts.
Wedding cake design became my true calling, allowing me to combine artistry with craftsmanship through elegant floral designs and intricate detail. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built a successful career creating cakes for celebrities, presenting on television, and teaching around the world.
More recently, I’ve felt inspired to explore new creative disciplines. After completing a Certificate III in Floristry, I’m now beginning an art degree, excited to expand my practice and continue discovering new ways to express my creativity.
